'Build a Backpack'
a student-led program providing underprivileged communities around the world with school supplies
How we help
A Chance for Change works as a medium for which local students are given the tools and platform to support and serve their peers in need across the globe.
With fundraising efforts and generous donations, we acquire the number of supplies needed to support schools overseas- rather than sending those supplies directly, we present an after-school program, Build a Backpack, where local students are encouraged to come and fill backpacks with these supplies and grant them to their peers overseas.

Connect
Locate and visit schools overseas that are in need of school supplies.
Connect with local schools to implement our Build a Backpack program.

Build a Backpack
With our Build a Backpack program, local students are able to fill backpacks with school supplies for their peers in our partnering school overseas.

Serve
After students fill the backpacks with supplies, We send those backpacks overseas to our partnering school in need.
